<p>Once we arrive at Srinagar we will help you check in the hotel. Thereafter, we will head for sightseeing including Shankarachary temple, Pari Mahal, Chasma-e-Shahi & Mughal Gardens. Later on we will spend the night in the famous houseboats to experience backwaters.</p>

<p>We will take you for a ride in a Shikara on the magnificent Lake. Thereafter, we will drive to Sonmarg for a full day excursion trip.</p><p></p><p>Sonmarg is an appealing and enthralling beauty also known as the Meadow of Gold. Flowing with flowers and surrounded by mountains, it is perched at an altitude of 2690 m above sea level. Seldom visited by tourists, it has a snapshot of snowy mountains against a clear sky. Some interesting treks for Himalayan Lakes start from here. We will also enjoy a horse ride at Sonmarg and then we will a drive back to Srinagar to stay at our houseboat.</p>

<p>Have you heard about Gulmarg’s cable car, who hasn’t it is the world’s longest cable car covering 60 kms in just 2 hrs. We will drive to Gulmarg from Srinagar to experience the cable car ride enjoying the aerial view of Kongdori and definitely the best Ski slopes & the highest golf course in the world.</p><p></p><p>We may also be able to see the Nanga Parbhat depending on the weather conditions. If you are adventurous person you will be excited to know that there is a short trek upto Khilangmarg which takes just 3 to 4 hrs. Gulmarg market is also popular for hand-knotted silken carpets, shawls and jewellery, a trip to Handicrafts Emporium will interest the shop-o-holics</p>

<p>We will drive to Pahalgam taking in the beauty of untarnished nature. This calm place will leave you in awe with its serenity. The “Valley of Shepherds” is a must visit. Ponies can also be hired directly to ride to nearby towns such as Chandanwadi. This place also has ample for nature lovers with a tranquil walk along the River Lidder. Pahalgam also serves as a base camp for pilgrimages to Amarnath and falls in route of many famous treks.</p>

<p>We will be driving to Katra post breakfast which is in the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains. It is a base camp for the journey of the holy shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi which is accessible by foot as well as through helicopters. We would be staying the night at a hotel in Katra relaxing for the next busy day.</p>

<p>After having a fulfilling breakfast we will start the trek to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine (14 km). Ponies can be personally arranged for the climb ( Helicopter is an option as per your convenience). We will be completing the to and fro journey along with Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan on the same day and then would comfortably stay at our hotel in Katra.</p>

<p>We will be driving to Jammu for a drop off or as per discussed prior to the trip.</p>
